I've worked in the construction industry for the entirety of my career, in which I have been involved with every aspect of the business and have a track record of success in building companies.

 

I’ve always had the entrepreneurial spirit, but at an early age I understood the importance in learning every aspect of an industry from the ground up. I started off as an assistant project manager at a mid-sized construction company in NYC.  I caught on to the logistics and time that went into successfully building a project and quickly was promoted to a project manager.  I continued to be successful with project management, but also began to develop an interest in estimating.  My next position was as an estimator, in which I learned about the best practices in securing the most qualified subcontractors at a competitive rate.  It only took a few years for me to have a strong comprehension of the recipe for success within a construction company, which I used in developing my own company.

 

Currently, I am fortunate to have my own company, Milestone Building Ventures, in which I consult with construction companies, owner’s representatives and real estate developers on strategies to achieve important milestones and promote long term growth.  A large part of my strategy involves building up networks for all aspects of my client’s businesses.  My seasoned connections within the construction and real estate industries, as well as my strong understandings in the foundations for success, have been a huge assets for each of my clients.

 

In terms of my personal life, I am the lucky father of two beautiful children who are the center of my world.  I love being a Dad, and work hard at being the best role model for my children.  I feel like a large part of having a clear, focused mind is being physically active.  I make a point to work-out every day, in which I recently completed the NYC Marathon this October. 

 

I am constantly challenging myself, setting milestones and believe great achievements are possible for anyone who works hard and loves what they do.
